What is the return policy for accepts returns received with 30 days from date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn and have their tags attached.  Final Sale items are not eligible for return.  Please note a $7 restocking fee will be applied against the refund amount if the merchandise is received more than 14 days after the receipt when the pre-paid shipping label is used.  Please allow 7 days for shipping.

Why are there multiple charges on my credit card?

Orders may be split into multiple shipments and we only bill for items when they are shipped. The total of these smaller shipments should add up to the original order amount.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed, so please review your order carefully before placing it.

Can ship outside of the United States? currently ships to all 50 United States, APO/FPO/DPO and select U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and international addresses.

Does deliver on Saturdays?

FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping services are delivered on business days only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and PayPal. We are unable to accept Helmut Lang gift cards or prepaid bank issued gift cards.

Does charge sales tax?

In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your order if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, NV, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, VT, KY and WA.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders may be placed over the phone by simply contacting us toll free at 1-888-850-5402.  We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section of your account. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.
