In Store Returns & Exchanges
Helmut Lang Retail Store Purchases
We will happily accept return or exchange merchandise in its original and unused condition, providing the tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt purchased at any Helmut Lang store. Helmut Lang Retail store merchandise cannot be returned to a Helmut Lang Outlet location. We will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction excluding cash purchases. Cash purchases may only be returned for store credit. All merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase date. Gift card sales are final and may not be returned. All sale items, swimwear, intimates, jewelry, third party items and special order items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Helmut Lang Outlet Store Purchases
We will happily accept exchanges or give store credit for products returned in original condition with all tags attached when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase at any Helmut Lang outlet stores. Helmut Lang Outlet merchandise cannot be returned to Helmut Lang Retail locations. There will be no cash or credit card refunds. All sale items, shoes and accessories are final sale.
