Memorial Day Shipping Guidelines - helmutlang.com will be closed in honor of Memorial Day beginning at 2PM EST on Friday, May 24, 2013 and re-open on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
- Orders must be placed by 10AM EST on Friday, May 24, 2013 to begin processing that day. Orders placed after 10AM EST will be processed on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. helmutlang.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 3 business days.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
- helmutlang.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.
At this time helmutlang.com orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship orders to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
For your protection, any order totaling $1,500.00 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on helmutlang.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
