Extended Holiday Returns
Helmutlang.com accepts returns received within 30 days from date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn and have their tags attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Please note a $7 restocking fee will be applied against the refund amount if the merchandise is received more than 14 days after receipt when the pre-paid shipping label is used. Please allow 7 days for shipping.
Return by Mail
Please allow 5-7 days for transit time.
- Fill out the return form included with your order and be sure to include the form in the return package.
- Affix the prepaid domestic shipping label to the shipping box.
- Take your package to a FedEx location. Locations include FedEx Stores, FedEx drop boxes, FedEx customer centers and authorized retail outlets.
- Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Returns should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing.
FINAL SALE Items
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Promotions including gift cards, coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
Return to Helmut Lang Retail Store
New and unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund in the original form of payment at a Helmut Lang retail store accompanied by an online invoice within 30 days of receipt. Helmutlang.com merchandise cannot be returned to any Helmut Lang Outlet location.
Shoes and handbags purchased at helmutlang.com can only be returned via mail and cannot be returned to Helmut Lang retail stores.
*SALE items purchased on helmutlang.com can ONLY be return via mail (no in-store returns).
Items Purchased at Other Locations
Items purchased at retail stores, department stores or any other store selling Helmut Lang merchandise may not be returned to helmutlang.com.
