Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
Item Availability and Pre-Order
We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.
Pre-order items will be processed, charged, and shipped as they become available. Pre-order shipping dates are for estimation purposes only; items may ship before or after the estimated shipping date.
Your credit card will be charged as your items are shipped. The total shipping charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped; the total shipping cost charged will not increase. Please note that all pre-order items will ship via standard ground. You may receive several shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.
