RETURN POLICY:


Helmutlang.com accepts returns received with 30 days from date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn and have their tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please allow 7 days for shipping and processing.

DOMESTIC RETURNS


To initiate a return please click here. If you are unable to initiate a return label please email customerservice@helmutlang.com

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest UPS location. You can also schedule a ups pickup here.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Refunds should appear on your account within 3-5 business days after processing. Please note items may be processed separately, you will receive separate returns confirmation emails.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:


Items purchased as “final sale” or at a discount of 40% off or more cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Promotions including gift cards, coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to final sale purchases.

EXCHANGES:


If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

All sale items, shoes and accessories are final sale.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS:


Items purchased at retail stores, department stores or any other store selling Helmut Lang merchandise may not be returned to helmutlang.com.
